Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Sai Nursery, we strive to deliver healthy, thriving plants and quality garden accessories. Please review our cancellation and refund guidelines below.

1. Order Cancellation Policy

• Before Dispatch: You can request an order cancellation anytime before your order has been packaged and dispatched for delivery. Full refund will be processed immediately.
• After Dispatch: Because live plants are perishable and packaged specially for transit, orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched with courier partners.

2. Damaged in Transit or Plant Health Issues

We take extreme care in packaging live plants in specialized protective boxes. However, if your plant arrives in a damaged or unviable condition:

• Please notify us within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the package.
• Share unboxing photos or a short video showing the damaged plant and the outer packaging.
• Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement or process a full refund based on your preference.

3. Non-Plant Items (Planters, Pots & Tools)

Defective or broken non-plant items reported within 48 hours of delivery are eligible for immediate replacement or full refund.

4. Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment source (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking) within 5 to 7 working days.
